Alder has been the wood of choice since the 1960's for many guitarbuilders and big high quality guitar factories.
This body is designed for a top-loader bridge. A top-loader P-bass sounds warmer with more mids.
The neck pocket size is 63.40mm (front neck pocket side) to 64.60mm (back neck pocket side) and may need some sanding to make a snug fit for the neck you will use.
That way you can use any neck with this body.
Before finishing this body, it only needs minor sanding before you use lacquer.
Weight = 1905 gram.
Good quality Alder body.
